Lucile Vigouroux founded ProPulsion Equine in 2020 after graduating with a Master’s degree in Equine Performance, Health, and Welfare from NTU in England. From day one, her motivation to create ProPulsion Equine has been fueled by her desire to help equine athletes feel and perform at their very best.
Lucile’s education couldn’t be more in line with her goals for the practice. In addition to her Master’s degree, Lucile has earned a B.S. in Equine Science from Centenary University (NJ) and is a certified equine veterinary assistant through AAEP/AAEVT. During and after college, she worked alongside world-renowned veterinarians across California, Kentucky (Hagyard Equine Medical Institute), and New Jersey (B.W. Furlong and Associates, and the Mid-Altantic Equine Medical Center).
A passionate advocate for the horse’s wellbeing, Lucile is also an award-winning equine healthcare author. She regularly contributes articles to The Horse Magazine, EQUUS Magazine, Off-Track Thoroughbred Magazines, and others.

With decades of experience as a professional trainer and rider, Stacy is a passionate horsewoman dedicated to the well-being of horses. She has extensive experience working with veterinarians and using PEMF, laser, and other equine wellness modalities.
Her college education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology, during which she competed on the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) team. Originally from Illinois, Stacy has a strong hunter/jumper background and a special affection for young OTTBs.

Beth Jonas joined our practice in 2022 as the practice administrator and bookkeeper.
Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Studies with a Concentration in Teaching and Training from Centenary University.
Upon graduation, Beth worked in equine facility management at barns in the Long Valley, New Jersey area. For the past five years, she’s pursued a career in the accounting department of a property development firm, before joining ProPulsion Equine in October 2022.
Beth is a Pennsylvania native and resides in the Lehigh Valley area. In her free time, Beth enjoys snuggling with her cats and her retired horse Simba, reading a good book and hiking in the nearby state parks.
